Audios and photos via WhatsApp, in four steps
You don't need equipment, an app, or technical know-how. Everything happens in the WhatsApp conversation with VozViva® Curation — and we handle the rest.

You receive the questions via WhatsApp from VozViva® Curation. All the collecting happens right in that same chat — nothing to install.
Save the contact so you can find the chat easily.

Record the audio answering the question
Hold the microphone button and answer out loud, as if telling a family member. You can record in parts: 2 to 5 minutes per answer works great.
Made a mistake? Just record it again. We handle the editing.

Send the photos too
Send the photos through the chat's attachment clip. Printed photos can be photographed with your own phone, on a table, in good light.
Send as a Document when possible: it keeps the original quality.

Tell us who and what
After sending, send a short message saying who's in the photo, the approximate year, and the place. That becomes the caption in the book.
Example: “Grandma Ana and Grandpa, wedding, 1968, Santos.”
What to prepare before sending
- Pick a quiet spot: window closed, TV and fan off.
- Speak close to the phone, without covering the microphone with your hand.
- Set aside 5 to 10 photos beforehand that you most want in the book.
- Printed photos: clean the glass/frame and photograph without flash.
- Only have video? Send it anyway — we'll extract the audio and images.
- Old audio with noise? Send the original file, unedited.
- If someone else is giving a testimonial, ask them to record and forward it to you.
- No need to send everything at once: send it at your own pace.
Your files stay private
The audios and photos are used only to create your VozViva®. Nothing is published without your authorization, and the digital archive stays protected by a private link.

Questions are sent one at a time over WhatsApp, inside the VozViva® app. The honoree answers by voice on their own phone, at their own pace. As soon as an answer comes in, our team reviews it, edits it, and sends the next question — no fixed monthly deadlines.
You'll get your book within 7 business days after we confirm receipt of all the required materials. That 7-business-day window starts once our curation team confirms all the necessary materials have arrived and are complete. As long as information, photos, testimonials, or approvals are still pending, the clock hasn't started yet.
The total time from start to the physical book arriving at your door is made up of three stages: collection, production, and delivery. Each one has its own pace:
- 1. Collecting the answers: the honoree answers the questions by voice, at their own pace. The faster they respond, the shorter this stage is.
- 2. Producing the book: our team transcribes, edits, lays out, and prepares the book for print within 7 business days after curation confirms all required materials have been received and are complete.
- 3. Physical delivery: once it leaves the print shop, the book ships to the confirmed address. Shipping time is calculated at checkout based on address and shipping method chosen.

Our team transcribes the audios and carefully edits the stories: organizing the narrative, smoothing out hesitations and repetitions, while keeping the person's original voice and tone. The result is flowing, heartfelt text that's true to what was shared.

After editing, you get a preview of the book inside the VozViva® app and by email. From there, you can review each story and request changes:
- Text: change a word, sentence, or part of a story. You can comment directly on the paragraph.
- Photos: swap, remove, or reorder the images throughout the chapter.
- Order: change the sequence of stories so the narrative flows even more naturally.
- Approval: once everything looks the way you want, you give the final okay. Only then do we send the book to print.
The digital PDF version is only released after approval, and the physical book only goes into production once you give the green light.

The QR Code leads to the private access page of the Carta Selada® in the VozViva app. Once scanned, the person can open the digital letter, hear the original audio, and access the saved message.
You can start the creation process on the website, but the core experience happens in the VozViva app. That gives you more privacy, notifications, access control, and a better mobile experience.

Yes. The original audios, private pages, and Cartas Seladas® are only visible to people with authorized access. We never post anything on social media, search engines, or public channels. Privacy is a core part of the VozViva experience.
The Carta Selada® is an emotional message — audio, video, or text — prepared to be opened in the future by a specific person or moment. It's like a hug scheduled to travel through time, safely kept and delivered at just the right moment.
The Digital version delivers the edited letter on a private page with the original audio, a QR Code, and the opening date, sent via link. The Digital + Physical Box version includes all of that plus a printed letter on premium paper, with a printed QR Code, a sealed envelope, and the VozViva / Carta Selada® box. Shipping is calculated at checkout or charged separately.

After the first version is ready, you can request extra copies for family members.
Yes. We specialize in exactly the photos most people think are unusable: yellowed, scratched, creased, blurry, or low-resolution. Our curation team performs digital restoration with AI support and human review, together with our partner AURYA AI, and you approve the result before any image goes into the book. If a photo doesn't have enough information to be restored to print quality, we'll let you know and suggest alternatives.
Yes, with your approval. Colorization is always optional and done with historical care. Many families prefer to keep some photos in their original black and white and colorize only one or two standout images — you decide, photo by photo, in the preview.
Just take a photo of them with your phone, in a well-lit spot with no shadows over the image, and send it through the private link or the VozViva® curation WhatsApp. No scanner needed. Our curation team corrects perspective, brightness, glare, and cropping.
We can. From a video, we extract the original audio (which can become a QR Code in the book) and also capture frames from the video itself to create print-ready images. Final quality depends on the video sent, and we show you everything in the preview before printing.
They work. We clean up and treat the audio to improve clarity without changing the person's voice. What matters is the person's voice — not the recording equipment. If a section is truly unintelligible, we flag it and use only the usable parts in the transcription.
Yes. You tell us who you'd like to invite, and our curation team talks directly with each person over WhatsApp, with questions tailored to their bond with the honoree. Testimonials go into the book as stories or messages, each with a QR Code to hear that person's original voice.
